A second chance date with your ex? Don’t even bother, you’d totally screw it up!
If you are trying to get your ex back, a second date with your ex would be like a dream come true for you. Admit it, you’ve been waiting for it for a long time. Ironically, for most rejected lovers, a second date is usually the last nail in the coffin of any hope of reuniting with their exes.
Caught in their own emotional pain caused by the end of the relationship, they push themselves so hard that they are becoming their own worst enemy in a quest to win back the hearts of their former partners.

Since this is your second chance date … and perhaps your last chance to impress your ex, chances are you will invite him to some fancy restaurant. You want this night to be special for both of you.
How about a small but tasteful gift? You want to show your ex that you are the one for him, you want to show him how much you really love him.
Your patience has its limits, especially after a drink or two, and it would only be a matter of time before you can’t control yourself anymore and start convincing your ex that the two of you should get back together.
It always starts with innocent questions like … I’ve been thinking about us a lot lately. Or as … Did you ever think about coming back to me?
And finally the terrible question that you would not at all resist asking … Have you started dating someone else?
You can imagine what would probably follow: your long-awaited second chance date with your ex would turn into a complete disaster and a third chance date would be pretty hard to come by.
Everything is wrong … and it will never work!
Your ex wanted to enjoy being in your presence again, but you saw it as an opportunity to fix things between the two of you. As innocent as it may sound, you were actually trying to force your ex to change his mind about ending the relationship. You were trying to manipulate them.
You will never get your ex to act like this again. Love is a subconscious process, it takes place in our subconscious mind. It does not function as our conscious. You cannot reason with him and you cannot impose anything on him.
If you try, you will start to resist the idea and it will soon lead to a feeling of resentment towards you. The more you press, the stronger it will become. Once the resentment starts … your relationship ends. Only time can heal it.
To turn a second date with your ex into a real chance to win your ex back, you need to take a different approach. You have to invoke feelings of curiosity, passion and attraction towards yourself again … there is simply no other way.
