Why I bought Hector Badge of Carnage

I loved the way the authors wrote the description of the game on the app store as I love their British style of humor. They also had a YouTube link in their description. Unfortunately, the app store does not allow developers to link directly to the video or even copy the URL link. I had to resort to memorizing the URL link and typing it into the YouTube search field. In any case, the video was very consistent with the description and even the humor was what I expected. So I did something that I rarely do. I bought the game right away with hardly any hesitation. What is absolutely fun is touching all the things in the environment and sometimes even repeatedly touching them to hear everything Hector and the others have to say. I found the part where Hector was trying to turn on Filthy Rich’s computer funny and a good comment on Microsoft. Go play it and find out!

I also agreed with some of the criticism about the slightly cumbersome control system. For example, like the reviewer, I also got stuck at a certain stage, but I didn’t care that there were no clues. What I found hard to accept was that it was really hard to see that there was a continuation of the path, as hovering over it didn’t indicate it very well. I had to resort to searching for a tutorial on the internet and this game is so new that there really wasn’t any proper tutorial. But with that being said, I highly recommend this game to any of the serious adult gamers.
