5 Things You Must Do To Get A Job Fast!

If you are reading this, you are probably wondering why it is so difficult to get a job. You’re probably so used to employers saying “Okay, thanks, we’ll call you” and then not calling that it’s frustrating and exhausting. On top of that, many people around you are probably saying “No work” or “No one is hiring.” Do not believe that, it is very likely that those people are doing it wrong. Read on and you’ll discover the job search techniques that will guarantee you a job before you know it.

1. SEARCH FOR FREQUENTLY HIRED JOBS:

No matter how bad the economy is, there are certain career fields that are always in need of new people. Security is one of those fields. Many times, no experience is needed to become a security officer. In that case, the only requirements are that you be 18 years old and have a valid security license (some security companies will help you obtain your license). Online job boards are one of the best ways to find these jobs. Also try the yellow pages under Patrol and Security Guard Services. Go through the list, call each one, and ask if they have security positions available. At this time, you are guaranteed to have an invitation to submit an application.

2. KNOW THE RIGHT TIMES TO ACT:

Don’t waste time going to the place where you want to work after 12:00 in the afternoon looking for work. That is what everyone else does and that is why so many people struggle to get jobs. Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. M. At 9:30 a. M. These are the best times to visit a workplace and inquire about the job or to follow up on an application. The person who has the power to hire you is much more likely to be there.

3. DOUBLE THE TRUTH ON YOUR REQUEST:

If you’ve been the bouncing type of job (going from job to job), never write your entire employment history on the application. Most employers see this as a sign that someone will not stay long with their company. Keep your application simple. Instead, just write down two employers (maximum 3) you’ve worked for and extend the time periods you’ve worked for them. For example: if you worked at McDonald’s for 1 year, Burger King for 1 year, and Taco Bell for 1 year, do not report everything on your application. Instead, just write McDonald’s and say you’ve worked there for 3 years. It seems much better if you have only worked for 2 employers in the last 10 years, than for 5 employers. Plus, it makes it easy for you to fill out the application and for the employer to review it. Yes, I know this is a lie, but let’s face it, you have to do whatever it takes to get the job. Most employers DO NOT call or check references or employment history. Don’t believe what others tell you. Telling the whole truth is the reason many people are unemployed today.

4. DO NOT WAIT TO BE CALLED, FOLLOW UP:

This is another reason why many people struggle to get a job. They send out a request and then just sit around waiting for a call that never comes. Sometimes employers forget to call or hire someone else because they called first. Always call or walk to the job site after submitting your application and ask to follow up (even if the end of the application tells you that we will contact you if you qualify for the position). As you do this, be sure to remember rule number 2: Know the right times to act. However, always keep in mind that this does not work every time. Some employers may tell you to wait for a call, others may schedule an orientation for you right then and there. You will never know unless you follow up.

5. ALWAYS DRESS:

One way to differentiate yourself from everyone who is too lazy to dress up is to do it. A suit and tie are more than likely to make employers feel like you deserve the job rather than someone wearing casual clothes. Even if you are just walking in to submit an application, wear your suit and tie. You never know who will be watching, and many times you may be surprised when the hiring manager asks you when you can start.

There you go. Using these tips should guarantee you a job. You will no longer have to suffer from the “No work” syndrome or the “No one will hire me” syndrome. If you haven’t tried these tips yet, put them into practice and see how they work for you. Remember, you are the one who needs a job, not the employers. Good hunting.
