Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not difficult and can be achieved with little daily lifestyle tips. There’s no need to set a lofty, unattainable goal, but one small step could do more for your health, as long as you stick to it consistently.

1. Control your weight, stop gaining weight even if it is only 1 pound in 1 year.

2. Walking and jogging can be a very good juice to maintain your health. Start with a small small step and keep adding day by day. If you can walk a total of 2,000 steps per month, then you are on the right track.

3. Make sure you eat breakfast every day and it will allow you to maintain a better diet. But do not eat a heavy breakfast, a slice or two of bread and low-fat milk is the perfect combination.

4. Eat more vegetables and eat less meat. Vegetables would help fill your stomach and indirectly help you eat less during the meal.

5. Stop eating high-calorie foods, but this does not mean giving up completely. Lean meats, skinless poultry, and a little low-fat cheese may still help you maintain a healthy diet.

6. Drinking low-fat milk or yogurt may help you balance your daily calcium intake. Balanced calcium is good for your bones and also contributes to weight loss.

7. Control your blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol level by doing more frequent body checks. Monitor the trend and react with the appropriate corrective action.

8. Monitor your daily food, as well as your food in the next few days. Write down and rate if the food would contribute to your healthy lifestyle plan.
