Many successful affiliate marketers are making a lot of money. But have you ever thought about becoming one of them? If it’s a yes, great! And if it’s a no, now is the time to do it (it’s never too late!). So how do you make it click for you? What are the secrets behind affiliate marketing clicks?
These 2 particular secrets that I am going to share with you are actually abilities that are within or within us. They are the powers that we tend to neglect as we pursue our wealth. I’m not trying to exaggerate here, but that’s the truth. Here is the first skill that is in all of us: Passion
Passion
So what about the ‘Passion’ skill? Being passionate about the things you do or work on will take you to a height you never could have thought of. Probably higher than Mount Everest! First of all, it is a fact that the results are much better when you do things that interest you.
For example: when you start out as an affiliate marketer, many gurus will suggest that you write articles to promote your affiliate product. But the truth is that many people (including me!) are not good at writing articles, and the worst thing is that they find them tedious. I never thought I’d be able to write one (even a small number of 3 seems hard to me) until I got into it.
Because? It all stems from my passion for starting my own online business, which helped me overcome my fear of writing. I’m not kidding with this. Successful people like Donald J. Trump, Warren Buffett, and Bill Gates are passionate about what they do. They are the real life examples that have shown that being passionate helps get them to where they are today.
Find your passion and bring it to affiliate marketing. Loving what you do is so much better than just doing it for the sake of it. I’m sure you’ll be much happier than before!
2nd ability: ‘power mindset
What is this weird ‘Energizety’ mentality I’m talking about? Have you seen the Energizer commercial about their black silver battery that says ‘Never Say Die’? Yes, that’s what I’m talking about here. This 2nd Ability is none other than perseverance (which I always like to call the ‘Energizety’ mentality). Each of us has different levels of perseverance.
Take for example: A math test. How many times will you try to tackle that particular quiz to get the answer? 5 tries? 10 tries? Or give up after only 1 or 2 tries? This will all come down to how strong your ‘Energy’ is. The stronger you are, the higher the number of attempts you will try to solve the quiz.
Personally, I believe in this Vince Lombardi quote that “winners never quit and quitters never win.” I almost gave up on building my online business when I wasn’t confused where to start. There are tons and tons of information available and I was overwhelmed by them. I felt restless and reluctant to continue despite spending thousands of dollars to get materials.
‘This is so hard,’ I thought. After spending a lot of time wandering the lost world, I decided that I should start somewhere and move on. From experience, there is very little chance of returning to a study area once you have left it earlier. I realized that I wouldn’t disappoint anyone but myself if I quit just like that. I persevered and got into affiliate marketing (which I’m still in).
Just keep it going and slowly increase your ‘Energy’ level. You will soon discover that no one can stop you from reaching the goals you have set for yourself!
